"My husband and I have been customers of State Farm since we moved here to Woodstock in 2018. We have been very happy with their help, friendliness and concern to help you get whatever you need done. If I call for a copy of my proof of insurance card, for instance, it is generally on my e-mail before I hang up. Super star service. Mark has helped me with questions especially concerning our homeowners policy and anything new I should consider. I highly recommend them. You won'y find better customer service! PJ"

"State Farm made the process of resolving a totaled car accident after being hit by an alleged impaired driver, who fled the scene. The staff was very personable and compassionate through the each step. The process was mapped out easily and we received fair compensation. After the purchase of a another car, Jason Leon was fantastic in helping us get two more drivers on my policy, and carefully reviewed our options with us. Once again, the process was quick and easy. The use of the App along with prompt and courteous personal attention was very much appreciated. Thank you for helping our family get through a difficult scenario. I have been a customer under Mark Mitchell for 25 years or more, and I will continue to be one."
