"I would not trust this man with my information whatsoever. He entered the incorrect email (mine) for a customer with the exact same name and I started to receive bills and account information for my name sake. I reached out to the main chat of state farm and they guaranteed that Mark Mitchell would contact me to remedy the situation. He did not. Jade, his assistant, was all "Hmm, weird! I will make sure that doesn't happen again going forward. Thanks for letting us know!" She did not confirm my request to fix the email. Five days later, I get another one email saying my name sake called and paid the account. Tried calling Mark but he was" in a sudden meeting" and Jade was at lunch. When I called back to speak with jade, she refused my call and let an underling handle the situation. David said he would look into it and I told him that I could literally access her account with my email as the recovery and that if they actually valued their customer's privacy and account information, the my email would have been removed from her account five days ago and the conitiued negligence would be a sure fire way to have them liable to government regulations and multiple lawsuits. Amazingly, after I enlightened David with this knowledge, FINALLY five days, I later received an email stating a my email on her account has been updated. Beware. This branch clearly doesn't respect their clients privacy rights."

In this case, we believe Jade and David were genuinely trying to help and resolve the issue. However, despite all that our team strives to achieve in our service to our community and customers, we are all still human. In this situation, it was human error that led us to believe the issue was resolved initially. If you take a moment to look at our reviews, you will see that our team does an amazing job ensuring our customers feel heard and valued every day. Your experience did not leave you feeling either of those, and for that, we apologize. I hope that now, with the issue indeed resolved, you can feel the sincerity of our apology and know that we take the security of our customers seriously. "
